BOOKING CONDITIONS

We can guarantee your Booking with

- a Bank transfer

               or

- Booking online in our web (credit card is not debited at all it is just a guarantee)

 In all cases, corresponding to a minimum of one night   (if the stay is longer than 5 nights, a second night

can be requested).

The total amount has to be payed at your arrival, in cash or in bank transfer. 

CHANGES , CANCELS AND NO SHOW

You can change or cancel your Booking

without penalty up to 8 days before your arrival, 

If you need to cancel 8 days before your arrival we refund your deposit 

from 7 to 2 days before arrival, 50% of the amount of your booking

2 days before arrival, 100% of the amount of your booking

No Show 100% of the amount of your booking

Any stay started is due entirely
